White flame‑retardant recycled PP pellets

PP (Polypropylene)

Polypropylene has an ultra‑low density of 0.89‑0.91 g/cm³ and excellent heat resistance with a melting point above 160 °C. Articles can be used continuously above 100 °C and tolerate steam sterilization. It features outstanding chemical stability, resisting corrosion by acids, alkalis, salt solutions and various organic solvents below 80 °C. It has good mechanical properties and remarkable flex‑fatigue resistance, coupled with excellent electrical insulation and non‑toxic, odour‑free characteristics. However, it suffers from poor low‑temperature impact resistance and becomes brittle at low temperatures. Ageing will easily occur under sunlight exposure or contact with copper.

Applications of different PP grades

Homopolymer Polypropylene (PP‑H) Polymerized from propylene monomer only, featuring high crystallinity, good rigidity and high strength. Mainly used for strapping bands, woven sacks, ropes, file folders, household utensils, microwave‑safe containers and BOPP (Biaxially‑Oriented Polypropylene) films, which are widely adopted as base materials for food composite packaging films.

Random‑Copolymer Polypropylene (PP‑R) Random copolymer of propylene with 1‑7% ethylene. High transparency, good flexibility and favourable low‑temperature toughness. Applied for high‑clarity films, hot‑water supply pipes, heating pipelines, disposable syringes, transparent household goods and food containers.

Block‑Impact‑Copolymer Polypropylene (PP‑B) Block copolymer of propylene and 5‑20% ethylene with well‑balanced rigidity and impact performance. Mainly for automotive components such as bumpers, large‑size containers, battery housings, luggage, sports equipment and home‑appliance casings.

Please specify your additional requirements: impact performance, melt‑flow index, ash content, environmental compliance, gloss level, surface pitting and other physical‑property parameters.

MOQ: 1 ton upon successful sample testing. After‑sales: return and replacement for quality‑related defects.
